Technical Problems
1. How it works?
To get started, you need to register for free and buy some bidding credits (bidding rights). Bids cost from €0.37 each and are sold in packs of 10, 55, 120, 185 or 400. Each bid placed increases the price of the product by €0.05 and the auction countdown by 10, 15 or 20 seconds. The last bidder wins item - usually at a very low price. On average winners save up to 85% of item retail price.
2. How i can compete?
If you want to bid online, you'll first need to register. Once you´ve successfully registered, you can buy some bids and get bidding straight away.
3. How much does a bid cost?
Each bid costs from just €0.37, and are available in packages of 10, 55, 120, 185 or 400 bids.
4. How does the BidButler work?
When using autobidder function you enter starting price - this is on which price autobidder will make bids on your behalf, then end price is the amount on which you would like to autobidder to stop. Bids to use - is how much bids you allow to autobidder to use.
Main its function is to place bids automaticaly against other bidders, if its turned on it will bid until the bid limit is out, our end price that you've entered is reached or unless you have a bids on your account.
5. How do I buy bids?
You can buy bids using either your credit or debit card, or via PayPal.
We accept Visa, Visa debit and Visa electron cards as well as MasterCard and Maestro cards.
6. I've placed a bid but I am currently not the highest bidder, why?
When a bid is placed, it will always be the highest bid, but might get out bid very quickly. This can happen if there are many bidders or if there's another user's BidButler also bidding on the auction. You might not see this simply because other bids have been placed with a few seconds of each other - sometimes even within the same second!
7. I’ve just won an auction. What now?
Confirming your win
Once the auction has ended, you’ll be automatically transferred to a page where we’ll ask you to confirm that you still want the item and explain what to do next. You’ll have the opportunity to redeem any vouchers you may have and will be told how to pay the final amount. We’ll also contact you via e-mail to explain how to do all this. Just remember to confirm that you still want the item within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you still haven’t confirmed within 21 days, we’ll assume that you’ve changed your mind and no longer want to buy the item.
Paying for the item you won
Just as for your bids, you can pay for your item by credit or debit card, or via PayPal. Please make sure that you pay within 7 days of the end of the auction. We’ll confirm you payment via e-mail and arrange for the item to be shipped to you. If the item hasn’t arrived within 14 days of our confirmation of our payment, please contact us.
8. What's the difference between a live auction and a future auction?
Live auctions are auctions where the countdown has started running. Future auctions are planned to start at some time in the future, so don't yet have a countdown that's running. You cannot bid on a future auction until the countdown begins.
9. When does an auction end?
An auction ends once the countdown reaches zero. An auction can also end when the date and time shown under "Auction will end before" is reached.
10. What do I do, if I've forgotten my password or user name?
Click on the "Lost password?" in the "Quick Links" option. We'll send you an email that will explain what to do next - just click on the link in this e-mail.
11. Where can I check how many auctions I have won?

You can pay by credit or debit card, via PayPal. We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Visa debit cards including Visa Electron and Maestro debit cards we also accept American Express and Diners' Card. We also accept payments for won auctions by wire transfer.
14. How secure are your payment methods?
Your privacy and security are important to us. We use high-security encoding (SSL) to protect your payment details when processing your online payments.
15. Why hasn't my bid been registered on an auction?
Very occasionally, users tell us that even though they bid before the countdown ended, their bids did not get placed and the auction ends. In these instances, the most likely explanation is so-called "Internet lag times". These are time-delays in the transfer of data between your PC and our servers. Mostly those delays (lags) occur because single parts of the internet connection are overloaded.
This, unfortunately, is a general problem with the internet.
There are a few ways of helping minimise this problem:
We're very sorry if your bid wasn't registered by the Stiwin servers in time. To be absolutely certain that you avoid the problem of "Internet lag times" don't leave your bidding until the last second, or use the BidButler to place your bids. You can find further information in our T&Cs.
16. I can't confirm my registration using the link in the registration confirmation email. What should I do?
It might be that your email program shows the link in your registration mail as faulty. If this happens, just copy the complete link in to the address line of your internet browser and press 'Enter'. If this doesn't work, please get in touch with our customer service team, letting us know the email address that you used to register.

18. What happens to the auctions during system downtime?
Downtime, or outage, is an occasional and unforeseeable problem with the internet, and means that bids cannot be placed during this short period when we are offline. If we experience downtime at any point, we automatically add ten minutes on to the auction end time, so that our bidders are not left at a disadvantage. It is impossible to place any bids whilst the system is experiencing downtime, so any bids attempted during this period will not be debited from your account. If this situation does occur, we advise you to refresh your screen regularly, either by pressing F5 or the refresh button on your browser.
19. How I can update internet time on my PC?
- Go to the Control Panel.
